Stop trying to do everything yourself! If you are, you can probably feel it in yourself already why you need to stop. 

Burnout is a hot topic these days, and for good reason. Ever been there? I have. 0/10, do not recommend. 

You Don't Have To Do It All!

That constant feeling of exhaustion, even if you aren't flying from place to place doing all the things. Sitting at your desk trying to do everything yourself is just as overwhelming and exhausting! Just five more minutes, just one more little task. If you hear yourself saying that, instead of spending time doing the things you love, then it's time.

But whether you delegate to a staff member, or outsource to a Virtual Assistant, stop trying to think you need to do it all. Instead of telling yourself you're the only one who can do all the things, put aside some time to teach someone exactly how you like things done, and then let them run with it! Just imagine what else you could be doing with that time! They may even surprise you and have a better, more efficient way to do things. 

I've just taken on my second team member, which is scary but exciting! My first team member helps me with behind the scenes stuff - processes, organising and research. My newest team member is taking on some scheduling and design work, leaving me more time to do the 3 things I love the most - Build relationships, build the business and spend time writing.
