Have you been wondering whether now is the time to get some extra help in your business? 

I kind of think of it like when you're deciding to have a child - if you wait for what you think is the perfect time, that time will probably never come.

Ok, so having a child is maybe a teensy bit bigger than hiring a Virtual Assistant.... 

But the mindset is still true. Speaking from personal experience, if you wait until you're earning "enough" money, or you think you're busy "enough"... You'll likely never do it. 

"Oh, I'm only small fry, I don't need extra help" (My friend, we all need help sometimes)

"I can't afford it" (This was my one)

"I'm too busy to have someone help me be less busy, I don't have time to teach anyone what I need done" (That's the perfect indication that NOW is the time)

I'm only just getting started, I don't need someone yet. (Think again, there's SO much we can help with to get you off the ground more smoothly)

"But this business is my baby. I don't want to hand over control and all my juicy trade secrets to a stranger." (Trust me, Virtual Assistants are very discrete and happy to learn your way of doing things, or help you find more efficient ways)

If it feels less intimidating, start with just a small job. Maybe just some database stuff, a couple of images from a Graphic Designer, some hashtag research for relevant tags to use in your posts. That's how many businesses get started, and what they outsource grows from there.

Once they see just how amazing it can be for giving them space to grow in their business, or more free time, they're all in. Both are huge drawcards.

So, is now the right time? If not now, when?
