As much as I think most businesses need a VA in their life, not everyone does.

Maybe.....

🤯 You LOVE being stressed out. It could be your jam? That constantly on edge feeling that comes from trying to plan and schedule your social media or get a newsletter out. Some people like to live on the edge.

🤯 Maybe you just HAVE to do it all yourself? The short time it takes to teach a skilled VA how you like things done isn't worth it. It's just easier to do it all yourself (Or, more to the point, say you'll do it and never get around to it) No one can do it quite like you, so why try?

🤯 How can you trust someone who works remotely, that you may never meet in real life?

🤯 You prefer to have no time to yourself, for your family or to work on bigger and better things in your business. Who needs free time, right?

🤯 Staying up late at night or working weekends just to get it all done is FUN.


Sound familiar? I get it!! Especially the "No one can do it quite like you" point. In some instances I understand. However, having just taken on my OWN behind the scenes Virtual Assistant - I'm learning it's not really true. A good VA can be taught. And sometimes they may even have a more efficient way to do the job!

In terms of trust, the right fit and whether it's the right choice for you - I always recommend our very first step is a 30 minute discovery call. This is for both of us to see if we are a good fit. From time to time the client or the VA may feel they don't quite "gel" and that's ok. Better to find out before you sign the paperwork!

To the other 3 points? About stress, no time and working at stupid o'clock to get the job done? No one REALLY wants that, right?
