Automated DM Creation

It's so easy to lose potential clients on social media. You post a link in your posts and the platform doesn't like that, so it doesn't show your post to many people, or you send them to one place, then they have to go somewhere else and it's all a bit too much hard work.... and you lose them. 

What if you could easily have keywords set up in your Instagram and Facebook messaging so that when someone messages you that word, in the background your automated helper just sends them to where they need to go? With zero effort from you!

As an example, we have a freebie called "Pinterest for Business - a Quick Start Guide". When someone messages us the word "Pinterest" they automatically get a message back with a reply from us, and a link to where they need to go. Easy! Or you could direct them to book a discovery call, or buy something from your store, or read a blog. 

There are so many options, all designed to give you more free time while giving your followers the ability to get the info they need immediately, even when you're offline. You just direct them to use that word you've chosen in your posts, reels, and stories, and the rest is easy peasy!

How does it work?

For both options, you can choose up to 3 links to use on the free Many Chat plan. These can be to a lead magnet (freebie), to book a call, to view your blog, to sign up for your emails, register for an event... take your pick! You can choose 1,2 or 3 links to have active at any time. If you have more links to use, or you want more than one person to have access, then you will need to go for a paid Many Chat plan. (We will set this up for you)

If you often crosspost (post the same thing on both Instagram and Facebook, then we would suggest the 2-platform option so that you can continue to do so and it won't disrupt how you post. If you generally only post on Facebook OR Instagram, then the single platform will be fine. You can always add the other platform in later. 

Once you have signed up, you will receive a form to fill out within 24 hours, so you can easily provide us with all the info we need to get it set up for you. You will need to give permission for us to access your Facebook and/or Instagram in order to set it up. You'll have the option of one round of revisions before we sign it over to you. Once we have transferred the account to you, you are most welcome to remove our access again. 

Once it is all set up and ready, you will receive a personalised Loom instructional video on how to access it yourself, and how to use it to create your own workflows moving forward. Alternatively, you can leave it with us and just book us to update it when needed.
